Meet Drs. Mirela Titianu and Diana Girnita

Mirela Titianu, MD

Menopause Expert
Triple Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine & Lifestyle Medicine

Dr. Titianu’s vision:

“My mission is to walk hand in hand with women through the transformative journey of menopause.

I offer more than evidence-based hormone therapy and lifestyle medicine—I provide a compassionate partnership rooted in trust, understanding, and care.

My goal is to restore confidence, ease symptoms, and help every woman step into this chapter with strength, clarity, and renewed vitality.

Together, we break the silence around midlife changes and embrace the vibrant, fulfilling life that awaits.”

Diana Girnita, MD, PhD, FACR

Autoimmune Expert
Board Certified in Rheumatology & Internal Medicine

Dr. Girnita’s mission:

“Too often, women with autoimmune diseases are dismissed, misdiagnosed, or wrongly told that hormone therapy is unsafe. I’m here to change this narrative.

Current research shows that, for most autoimmune patients, HRT can be used safely and may even help stabilize symptoms, especially when menopause or dropping estrogen levels make disease control more challenging.

My mission is to advocate for women facing both menopause and autoimmunity—restoring clarity, reducing flares, and delivering the comprehensive care they truly deserve.”
