What is included in the Advanced HRT Consultation?
The Advanced HRT Consultation includes a comprehensive 60-minute physician session, review or ordering of an advanced laboratory hormone panel, discounted transparent lab pricing or the option to use insurance, FDA-approved bioidentical hormone therapy prescription when appropriate, non-hormonal therapy options, lifestyle counseling, supplement discussions, and optional follow-up visits.
Are labs and medications included?
For concierge members who pay upfront, the first set of hormone labs is included. Discounted lab pricing is also available, and patients may use insurance for labs when possible. Medications are sent to the patient’s pharmacy for insurance coverage, and discounted medication pricing may be available in some program options.
Can I combine this program with weight loss support?
Yes. Patients enrolled in the Concierge Women’s Hormone Balance Program can receive support for both menopause and the OASIS Weight Loss Program at the same monthly price. This may include a physician-led personalized weight loss strategy, GLP-1 medications if appropriate, monthly visits, support, health coaching, and nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, and bone health resources.
Can I get reimbursed by insurance?
The practice provides superbills after prepaid physician visits so patients can submit them to insurance for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, and Medicare is excluded. Patients remain responsible for checking their own insurance benefits and reimbursement policies.
Is this program available in my state?
