Dr. Joshi is an amazing clinician, with a strong emphasis on non-pharmaceutical treatments for pediatric autoimmune disease, and it has been very effective for my child, who is doing very well under his care. His specialty is getting patients off of biologic agents with long-term remission of disease.

We spent years driving between specialists before we found Dr. Joshi. He actually listens, explains every option in plain language, and built a plan for my daughter’s JIA that goes beyond just medication. The telemedicine visits have been a lifesaver — no more missing school for long drives.

Dr. Joshi is thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. My son’s periodic fever syndrome was under control within weeks after months of uncertainty elsewhere. He takes time with every question and follows up personally. I can’t recommend him enough to other parents navigating autoimmune disease.
